The conference fee for regular participants covers the access to all conference sessions, exhibition area, welcome reception, coffee breaks, delegate’s set with conference programme and book of abstracts, conference dinner and Plovdiv city tour.
The student fee covers all the above except a ticket for the conference dinner.
The one-day registration fee includes access to the plenary hall, poster session (if any at the selected day) and exhibition area, excluding tickets for social events.
The conference fee for accompanying persons includes welcome reception, Plovdiv city tour and conference dinner.
The participant by correspondence type of registration is designed for those colleagues who are not able to attend ICPSBB 2023 physically. After the conference the book of abstracts will be duly sent by email (or a physical copy by mail upon request).
The fee for individual industry representatives whose companies are not sponsoring ICPSBB 2023 covers access to all conference sessions, exhibition area, welcome reception, coffee breaks, delegate’s set with conference programme and book of abstracts, conference dinner, and excursion.

The conference fee does not include individual costs for travel, accommodation and personal insurance.
All participants are kindly requested to pre-register by sending a completed Registration form using the on-line system (please follow the link by clicking the REGISTER button on the Homepage). Please kindly bear in mind that each participant should create his/her own account with username and password.
CANCELLATION POLICY
31 July 2023 – 100% refund (excl. 30 EUR bank fee).
No refunds will be provided after 01 August 2023 or for no shows.
CONFIRMATION LETTER
A letter of confirmation will be sent to participant on receipt of the registration form and respective payment.
REGISTRATION DESK
On arrival at the hotel and after check-in, participants are kindly requested to contact the registration desk situated next to the conference hall where they will be supplied their registration badges and all conference materials. Outstanding balances for registration fee, accommodation and/or transfers should be settled at the registration desk.
